Hye Kevin, I just want to ask, ada certain people told me that having oat everyday is a bad thing because oat boleh menaikkan badan. Sekarang sya dalam proses mengurus dan menurunkan berat badan. I had changed my diet routine. I didn’t take rice at all now. But nowadays, every morning I will cook rolled oat and instant oat with a some low fat milk. When I eat, a small spoon of honey will do to have the sweetness and eat it with weetameal cookies. Lunch saya just makan biskut or nuts. Makan malam pula saya just makan bihun sup ke or any related to soup. Every night I do some simple work out. Can you tell me whether this diet ok or not?
