Salam n hye Kevin, wanna ask for your favor. I’ve overweight issue which minse is called so ‘Gemuk Air’ especially on abs and thigh. So I’ve been calculate my BMR and DCR using calculator apps from Goovle. The problem is, is it right with my calculation for Daily Calories Intake for me which is my BMR is 2091.7 while my DCR is 1,654. So as I know to loss weight we need to put out 500-1000 calories from Daily Calories Intake right thus need to avoid from catabolic happens right? And one more thing, is it okay with my consumption which regularly food find in Malaysia? Hence, I’m a bit buzy guy and no much times to prepare those very healthy foods by own so this is what I eat everyday is as belows:-
- Breakfirst : Oatmeal 166kcal
- Morning Tea Break: NH Detoxlim Natural clenx tea 0kcal, Banana (2pcs) 76kcal
- Lunch : Chicken Rice with Vegies (Lettuce and tomato) 500kcal, Lemonade (Limau Suam-without sugar) 45kcal
- Evening Tea Break: Plain Water 0kcal, Banana/Guava 76kcal
- Dinner : Oatmeal 166kcal / Chicken Porridge 350kcal
