Nak tanya, is it true kalau nak diet/kurus kita tak boleh makan after 8pm? And semasa diet, boleh ke kalau nak ambil nasi? But once a day. Sebab cara diet saya adalah saya jaga kalori, 1000kcal per day but my daily menu is im taking bihun sup for brunch but sometimes i change to nasi for instance nasi ayam penyet and dinner i take ayam uncle bob. Boleh ke? Air memang everyday air suam and tak ambil air sejuk. Btw My height is 158cm and my weight now 50kg
